SERVICENOW DEVELOPER
- Involve in Design specification/Service Requests for the interfaces teams. 20%
- Will be working with the Middleware service teams in designing the applications in the high level dsicovery and designing accordingly the application.
- Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
- Interact with Various Vendors (Vendor Management System) and Leads the Off Shore Team. 10%
- Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality.
- As a part of on-shore team, we have intitated the designing and developing the application, as a part of our critical roll out activities daily, we will be talking to off-shore team members and giving inputs according to the business needs which can change as per the customer requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis on changes before the application moves into production, to ensure existing functionality of the application is not impacted as per the requirements. 10%
- Before the applcation is being developed, I will be responsible in producing the detailed impact analysis of the application which needs to be developed and merged with the exististing application, and also before the deployment in production.
- Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments. Involve in Build Release and SIT Environments, UAT Environment. 10%
- Will be working closely with the SIT (System Integration Testing) team and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) team in order to provide the detailed analysis of application to them, setting up the test data and deploying our application in the respective environments in order to get the application go through both the testing phases before production.
- Participate in the Pre-production Testing environment and provide support to the application. 10%
- After SIT and UAT, participate in providing support by enaging all the core team, middleware service teams and key business people in the final production testing and make sure that the product meets the business requirements as per intial agreement.
- Review the production support issues assigned, do troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis. Suggest solutions, fixes and workarounds and implement them. 10%
- If any issues were found in the soft launch testing, will have to provide the detailed root cause analysis of why exactly the issue has been occured and fix it and deploy right away depending on the serverity of the bug.
- Perform configuration changes and setup during events and Product launches. Also provide extensive monitoring of the systems to make sure business users are not impacted. 10%
- Before the product launched into the production there are particular configurations and setups needs to be done in order to meet the current product specifications and make sure the configurations are setup accordingly with the new business needs and provide monitoring after that.

- providing support to the issues when someone face an issue in the real time and got a task from the production support team by looking into the application and finding the root causes and fixing and promoting changes
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field.
- Experience identifying technical solutions for business problems – identifying the benefits and risks of the solutions and providing recommendations
- Strong experience with latest technologies as mentioned above
